What is the Difference Between Membership types?

Have you ever wondered what the difference is between Full (Permanent) members and Yearly (Associate) members?  The table below differentiates between  membership types.

FULL MEMBERSHIP

YEARLY MEMBERSHIP

Membership Type

·         Permanent Family

·         Permanent Double

·         Associate (Family, Double, Single)

·         Associate Renter (Landlord must be an Inactive* Member)

·         Tennis Only (Access to tennis courts only)

Dues

Lower Dues than Associate but pays either a CIF bond or Initiation Fee

Higher Dues than Permanent, but no initiation fee or CIF bond

Guest Passes

Receive a complimentary 10 visit guest pass ($30 value)

NO complimentary Guest Pass

Voting Status

MAY VOTE at membership meetings

NO VOTE to help chart future of the Club.

Board of Directors

MAY HOLD OFFICE

MAY NOT HOLD OFFICE

* Inactive Memberships are existing Permanent members who have paid the CIF Bond or Initiation Fee.  Inactive members have No Pool Access, No Voting Privileges, and May Not Hold Office.
