Relinquishing Full Memberships
Permanent Family, Double*, Single, & Inactive Memberships
Regardless if you paid the CIF bond or the Initiation fee, if you wish to surrender your permanent membership, please notify the Club in writing that you no longer desire membership. All letters of surrender must be submitted in writing prior to the April 6th dues deadline. Letters can be either:

Members selling their homes and surrendering their memberships should also indicate the name of the purchaser of their home in the letter. The purchaser has the first option to acquire your permanent membership from the Club and will be contacted by our Membership Chair.
Annual dues must be paid in full even if you are planning on surrendering your membership at a later date. Once a member resigns, the annual dues will be refunded in accordance with the swim Club Bylaws. Failure to pay annual dues and notify the membership chair in writing of surrendering your membership will result in a bill for the fees due or annual dues will be deducted from members CIF account in accordance with the Club Bylaws.

Relinquishing Yearly Memberships
Associate (Family, Double, Single, Renter), Tennis Only, and August Only memberships are based on a one-year term. No action is required.
