Facility Rentals

If you are hosting more than 5 guests at the pool any time this summer… a pavilion rental is ready for you!

Summer 2025 rental reservations are open in May!. Reservations are handled on a first-come, first-served basis.
Enjoy the convenience of hosting your party at Orange Hunt Swim & Tennis Club. Our pavilion rental fees are much lower than other area rentals, and you can choose your favorite spot on our pool property for your party.

Rental Spaces and Rates
Pavilion rentals vary based on the size of the space (listed below).
Entry for non-member guests must be pre-paid by adding guest passes on MemberSplash.
Payment in full is due before the event online with MemberSplash here.

• Tiger Shark Pavilion (large pavilion with fans)
  Permanent Member Rate: $115 / Associate and August-Only Member Rate $125
  Up to 30 guests

• Baby Pool Pavilion (best for guests with small children)
  Permanent Member Rate: $65 / Associate and August-Only Member Rate $75
  Up to 30 guests

• Grass area behind the slides
  Permanent Member Rate: $65 / Associate and August-Only Member Rate $75
  Up to 30 guests

Rental Hours
Rentals hours are generally one of the following time slots:

• 12:00-2:00 pm
  *this particular time slot is not available Tuesdays and Thursdays, mid-June through mid-August

• 3:00-5:00 pm

• 6:00-8:00 pm

• Exceptions can be made depending on the other scheduled events at the pool.

• We do not schedule private parties on Memorial Day weekend (this is opening weekend), Juneteenth, July Fourth or Labor Day Monday. In addition, the weekends leading up to Fourth of July Monday and Labor Day Monday, there will be one pavilion rental slot available: 11:00 am - 1:00 pm on Saturday and 11:00 am - 1:00 pm on Sunday. These are historically the busiest days of the pool season and occupancy would not allow for a large number of non-member guests.

Additional Information

• If you wish to have a party reserved for two consecutive time slots, you may book the space and pay for two party rental fees.

• If you plan to host more than 5 guests at the pool at any one time, or host any event in one of the Pool Pavilions, a Pavilion rental is required.

• Members will need to identify which type of party to be held, (i.e. child’s birthday party, adult event, etc.) and number of individuals attending the party. Non-members will be limited to a certain amount based on the Pavilion guidelines.

• We do not schedule private parties on Memorial Day weekend (this is opening weekend), July Fourth or Labor Day Monday. In addition, the weekends leading up to Fourth of July Monday, Juneteenth and Labor Day Monday, there will be one pavilion rental slot available: 11:00 am - 1:00 pm on Saturday and 11:00 am - 1:00 pm on Sunday. These are historically the busiest days of the pool season and occupancy would not allow for a large number of non-member guests.

• OHSTC generally schedules only one private event per time slot, in order to minimize pool occupancy totals.

• Payment in full is due before the event. Members can pay for rental cost and guest passes for non-member guests online with MemberSplash here.

• We ask that you give us at least 48 hours notice to rent a pavilion, so our members can use unrented spaces as needed.

• We welcome our August-only members to join in the fun and rent a pavilion for an event! August-only members are eligible to make a reservation beginning in August.

After Hours Party Rentals
A private “after hours” party may be requested for the hours 9:00-10:45 pm with additional fees for lifeguard overtime hours.
As a courtesy to our neighbors, all activities must be completed by 11:00 pm. Noise levels at the party must be kept at a reasonable level to be courteous to our neighbors. Contact Social@OrangeHuntSwimClub.org for more information about an After Hours Party Rental.

Rain Policy
In the event of rain we will make an effort to establish a suitable rain date. If we cannot come to an agreed upon date you will be issued a 50% refund.
Any party that has been in progress for more than 1.5 hours’ time will not be issued a refund. Unfortunately, we cannot offer refunds on guest passes and guest fees.

Rental Terms of Agreement
Members agree to the following as part of the facility rental agreement:

• Follow all club rules and have guests follow club rules as well. The host member is liable for guests' behavior while on pool property.

• Clean up after the party and return the pool to the condition it was upon entry. Failure to return the pool to the original condition will result in a fee for cleaning costs.
  Lifeguards and staff are not responsible for set up, clean up or moving any furniture back to its original location.

• Pay for any damages that occur as a result of their party or party guests. Members understand that damages will be brought to their attention and will be billed to them after assessment of the costs has been determined.

• Entry for non-member guests is by pre-paid guest passes, which members can pre-pay through MemberSplash here.

• If alcohol is served or consumed at the event, members understand it is their responsibility/liability to verify the ages of all individuals serving and consuming alcohol and to ensure the compliance with all laws pertaining to said activity.
